The terms on which we sell Altai Elements shilajit resin. Please read them before you order.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Dikanska Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17173337, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at info@altaielements.com.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place with us through this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you order.
3. Dispatch and availability
You pay at the time of ordering. We will dispatch your order within the timeframe shown on our Shipping & Returns page, or we will keep you informed if there is any delay. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and provide a full refund.
4. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order we send you an order confirmation by email, from us, and we send a second email confirming the contract once your payment has been received. That second email is the confirmation the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 require us to give you on a durable medium, and it repeats what you ordered, what it cost, where it is going and how to cancel. SumUp, our payment provider, may also send you its own receipt for the card payment; that is a receipt for the money and is not the order confirmation. Keep our email — if it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to us. A binding contract is formed once we accept your order and dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraud), in which case we will refund any payment taken in full.
5. Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Dikanska Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and the price you see is the total you pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout by SumUp; we do not store your card details. If a price is shown incorrectly due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, destinations and any shipping costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. Details of how to cancel, return an item and receive a refund — including the conditions that apply to opened and unopened food supplements — are set out on our Shipping & Returns page.
8. Our product
Altai Elements shilajit resin is a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under medical supervision, seek advice before use.
9. Lab certificate
Every batch is tested by an independent UK laboratory. We publish each Certificate of Analysis on our Lab Results page, and once a report has been published it is attached to your order confirmation as a PDF.
10. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, and for breach of the terms about goods that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 puts into every consumer contract — that the goods are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Subject to that, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if at the time the contract was made both we and you knew it might. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, and we do not supply these goods for any business purpose, so we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
We do not cap our liability at the price you paid. An earlier version of these terms did; a term of that kind is open to challenge as unfair under Part 2 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we would rather say plainly what we are responsible for. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
