The Stone
Raw resin arrives tangled with grit and fragments of the rock it came from. Before anything else it is sorted by hand, piece by piece, and everything that is not resin is taken out.
The Water
Purified the traditional way: mountain water, patience and nothing else. No high heat, no solvents — the resin dissolves, settles and is drawn off clean.
The Sun
Filtered and filtered again until it runs dark and clear, then dried slowly in open air until it sets into dense, glossy resin.
The Seal
Filled by hand into glass, closed, and given the batch number that ties the pot to its laboratory report.

- Dissolve a pea-sized amount (approx. 300–500 mg) in warm — not boiling — water, milk or tea, once a day. Do not exceed one serving a day.

Care & handling
Why is it soft in summer and hard in winter?
Because it is a resin, not a powder. It slackens in warmth and stiffens in cold, and both are normal. If it is too firm to move, stand the closed pot in warm water for a minute or two.
How should I store it, and how long does it keep?
Sealed, at room temperature, out of direct sun. It does not need refrigerating. The best-before date is printed on the base of the pot.

What does the laboratory test for?

How long will delivery take?

What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you are cancelling, and 14 more to send it back — no reason needed. Once a pot's seal is broken we cannot take it back, for hygiene reasons, unless it is faulty or was not as described.
