Accessibility statement
This statement applies to altaielements.com, run by Dikanska Ltd. We want everyone to be able to read about our resin, buy it and manage an order, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
What we have done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone: links, buttons, the size and plan choices, the basket, the delivery form and the payment step. A "skip to content" link is the first thing on each page.
- Text and controls meet the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast levels, including the captions shown over the opening film, which we measured frame by frame.
- The opening film is decorative. The words over it are real text, read by screen readers in order, and nothing on the page depends on seeing the film: if it does not load, still pictures take its place.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, the film stops and the page shows its final frames instead.
- Form fields have visible labels, errors are announced and named, and nothing times out.
- The page reflows to 320 px wide and zooms to 200% without sideways scrolling. Touch targets are at least 44 px on phones.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
What is not yet perfect
- The card payment fields are provided by SumUp inside their own frame, so their labelling and focus order are theirs, not ours. If you have trouble there, email us and we will take your order another way.
- The opening film has no audio and no captions, because it has no speech; it is scenery only.
- The home page, basket, checkout and contact page are in eight languages: choose one with the flag button at the top. Our terms, privacy policy and shipping and returns pages are in English.
Tell us
If any part of the site is hard to use, email info@altaielements.com and say what you were trying to do and what happened. A real person reads every message and we aim to reply within one working day. If you cannot complete an order because of an accessibility problem, we will take it by email.
Standard and date
We test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA, with keyboard-only runs, screen-reader checks and automated contrast and layout checks in a real browser. This statement was written on 24 October 2026 and is reviewed whenever the site changes.
